Toronto FC Post Important Entry Details for Record-Breaking Match on May 9th

BMO Field will see its largest attendance numbers to date with just under 45,000 tickets distributed.

On Saturday, May 9 at 1 p.m. ET, Toronto FC will welcome its largest crowd in its history to BMO Field as they take on Inter Miami CF. As the venue prepares to host just under 45,000 fans, the club shared today arrival instructions for the match, including new entry and exit points that will be in place for FIFA World Cup 2026TM. This match will mark the final TFC home game prior to the tournament.

Fans attending the match are encouraged to review the following details as they plan their trip: 

  • Gates: Gates 1 and 3 have updated entry points, with Gate 1 now located on the North-East corner and Gate 3 on the South-East corner of the FIFA World Cup 2026TM stadium perimeter (see map above). Gate 5 will also be operational for premium entry, with no changes to its location. Fans are required to enter through the gate as outlined on their ticket. 
  • Road Closures: The Don Valley Parkway will be fully closed from Highway 401 to the Gardiner Expressway (Jarvis St. ramp) from Friday to Sunday. Fans are encouraged to take public transportation given the closure and with limited parking onsite.
