Toronto FC II announced today that forward Jordan Perruzza has been loaned to San Antonio FC of the USL Championship for the remainder of the 2020 season, pending league and federation approval.
Perruza, 19, spent the past two seasons with Toronto FC II, where he made 28 appearances with 17 goals and two assists. During the 2019 season, he led the club in goals scored with 15 and was second in goals scored in USL League One. He made his professional debut for Toronto FC II on September 16, 2018, against FC Cincinnati. Internationally, Perruzza represented the U-20 Canada National Team at the 2018 Concacaf Men’s Under-20 Championship.
Perruzza was recently signed to a Homegrown contract with Toronto FC that will be effective in January 2021.
