Toronto FC II announced today that the club has sent goalkeeper Adisa De Rosario on loan to York United FC of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) for the remainder of the 2023 season.
De Rosario, 18, is currently in his first season with Toronto FC II after signing an MLS NEXT Pro contract on March 23, 2023. The Toronto, Ontario native made his TFC II debut against New England Revolution II on May 14, 2023 and has recorded a total of 11 saves through three appearances for the Young Reds. In 2022, he had a short stint with HFX Wanderers FC (CPL) and made his debut against Forge FC on October 9, 2022. The California-born goalkeeper originally joined the TFC Academy in February 2015 and represented the club across all age groups after spending a year each with Vaughan Soccer Club and DeRo United Futbol Academy.
