TFC II's Andreas Vaikla earns second consecutive USL League One Team of the Week nomination

TAMPA, Fla. - USL League One announced on Monday the Team of the Week Presented by Cleer Audio for Week 21 of the 2021 regular season, with FC Tucson forward Shak Adams named Player of the Week after scoring twice in his side’s 2-1 win against Greenville Triumph SC at Kino North Stadium on Saturday night.

Adams opened the scoring just before halftime, beating Greenville’s offside trap before firing in a powerful strike. He doubled his tally in the 58th minute, applying the finishing touch to a wonderful Tucson team move to score what proved to be the match-winner.

Tucson’s win sees the side lead all clubs for the second consecutive week with three players represented in this week’s Team of the Week.
